ATF Issues Ruling Regarding Manufacturing Done For Other Manufacturers

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives has released a new ruling authorizing manufacturer performing a manufacturing process on a firearm for, or on behalf of another manufacturer, not to place their identifying markings on each firearm, provided firearms have already been properly marked with a serial number and other identifying markings as required under regulations.
