Pet Lovers Take Note: American Deer & Wildlife Alliance Announces New Contest

AUSTIN, Texas – An appreciation of wildlife and a love of animals go hand-in-hand, and the American Deer & Wildlife Alliance (ADWA) is excited to announce their latest contest.
 
Enter today by submitting a funny story about your pet through the ADWA website. The winner, to be announced February 14, 2009, will receive a 20x30 print of their choice from Lisa’s Photography Gallery.
 
“ADWA wants to honor our furry friends, and we look forward to reading submissions as we all have a funny pet story,” says Annie Jones, director of ADWA operations.
 
Lisa Wallgren of Lisa’s Photography is uniquely qualified for her position behind the lens. As a veterinary technician, who in her free time works her Bloodhound Charleigh on tracking wounded deer, Wallgren has found the way to capture the emotion of an animal. The American Deer & Wildlife Alliance is a national non-profit trade organization representing deer and wildlife associations, industry professionals and equipment manufacturers.
